Refund/Return Policy

Please note that Kyubi.gg (KYUBIGG):

• Does not refund orders that have been sent to our provider.
• Is not able to withdraw or remove products that have been sent to an account.

You are wholly responsible for ensuring that the information entered on the Kyubi.gg website is correct. All products purchased and orders completed are final and we are unable to issue a refund once the order has been processed/sent to our provider for processing.

Kyubi.gg will issue a refund in the following scenarios:

• There was an error with procesing your order.
  • If your account was not able to receive the products due to an issue with the game/kyubi.gg system.
• A discrepancy in payment.
  • If Kyubi.gg deems that there has been a discrepancy in payment received, such as being incorrectly charged. Kyubi.gg will refund you the balance or issue a voucher with the equivalent value.

In the case of a refund

• Kyubi.gg will refund to your original payment method or issue a voucher code with equivalent value.
• Refunds to your original payment method can take 1 to 5 working days.
